FORMHOUSE does not provide alcohol. Bar staffing and alcohol service are subject to venue rules, required approvals, and licensed or insured service partners where applicable.

Fresh Floral Direction

Fresh florals are never included by default — each direction below is optional, custom-designed to the event, and priced as a starting estimate.

Fresh floral packages are custom-designed around the event, location, season, and available stems. Final floral pricing is confirmed after the design direction, guest count, location conditions, and installation requirements are reviewed.

Floral scope for public-space events is subject to location rules, weather, setup access, and any required approvals. FORMHOUSE may recommend a lower-profile floral plan where structures, staking, open flame, or large installations are not permitted.

How It Works

From first call to clean strike.

  1. Size the group honestly

    Tell us the guest count and the spot. Up to 15 guests fits The Gather Set comfortably; beyond that we point you to The Social Set instead of squeezing the layout.

  2. We scale the footprint

    Tables, floor seating, cushions, and ground layers are scaled to the group, and the setup footprint is reviewed against the location and its access.

  3. Add only what you want

    Tableware, florals, signage, lighting, upgraded shade, bar service, and lounge chairs are available as add-ons unless selected separately — the base price stays legible.

Locations + Planning

Planning Notice

Public-space planning requires time.

FORMHOUSE requests at least three weeks’ notice for beach, park, and public-space experiences. Certain locations, larger guest counts, commercial services, structures, or State Park sites may require additional review, insurance, reservations, or permits. Four to six weeks is recommended whenever possible.

  • Every public-space plan is reviewed around location rules, site access, guest count, setup footprint, and timing before it is confirmed.
  • Power is not automatic on public sites — battery lighting, portable power, or an alternate site plan may be recommended.
  • Permits, reservations, insurance, or third-party fees may apply; final requirements depend on the managing agency.
