Pricing starts from a base layout matched to your guest count, setting, and occasion, then adjusts with the package upgrade and add-ons you choose. Setup and delivery + pickup are always their own line items.

The Base Set is the entry-level beach/park picnic setup for 2–8 guests. Larger gatherings step up through The Gather Set, The Social Set, and The Event Set; 50+ events start from the Event Production Layout, and 150+ events receive a custom proposal.

02 / Setup fee

$100 flat

A flat $100 setup fee applies to all bookings and covers loading, on-site setup, styling, breakdown, and packing.

03 / Delivery + pickup

From $100

Delivery + pickup starts at $100. Final delivery is confirmed after we review the event location, access, timing, and setup requirements.

04 / Add-ons and upgrades

Choose one curated upgrade package — Essentials, Styled, or Signature, each building on the one before it and priced by guest range — then layer in major add-ons like bars, lighting, shade, florals, and printed details.

Beach and park picnic setups start at $300. Most small local bookings start around $500 after the setup fee and delivery + pickup.
